About the Role

As the Founding Marketing Lead at LoopOS, you will be the first dedicated marketing hire and will build the entire marketing function from scratch.

This is not a traditional marketing role - this is a builder role.

We are looking for someone with a true founder mindset: ownership, urgency, resourcefulness and ambition. Someone who sees opportunity where others see limitations. Someone who can think strategically but execute hands-on.

You will define our positioning, craft our narrative, generate demand, and turn LoopOS into a recognized voice in the circular economy ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Market Positioning

  • Define and refine LoopOS’ brand identity and messaging.
  • Build strong awareness in the sustainability and circular economy ecosystem.
  • Own our storytelling and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Develop compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise decision-makers.

Go-to-Market & Product Communication

  • Translate product capabilities into clear value propositions.
  • Support product launches with structured communication plans.
  • Work closely with founders and product teams to align messaging with roadmap.
  • Create materials that support sales conversations and partnerships.

Growth & Demand Creation

  • Design and execute initiatives that generate qualified inbound opportunities.
  • Optimize acquisition channels and test new growth experiments.
  • Monitor and improve funnel performance from awareness to conversion.
  • Identify scalable growth levers in B2B environments.

Content & Digital Presence

  • Own and manage LoopOS’ LinkedIn strategy and website content.
  • Create high-quality visual and written content (you must be highly skilled in Canva).
  • Develop thought leadership pieces, case studies and ecosystem content.
  • Ensure consistent performance optimization across digital channels.

AI-Driven Marketing Innovation Goals

We expect this role to be strongly AI-augmented. You should actively leverage AI tools to increase productivity, creativity and strategic impact:

  • Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, research and campaign ideation.
  • Implement AI-supported market intelligence and competitor analysis.
  • Leverage AI to optimize messaging, segmentation and personalization.
  • Continuously explore new tools that increase efficiency across marketing workflows.
  • Build a scalable, tech-enabled marketing engine from day one.

What We’re Looking For

  • Founder mindset: proactive, autonomous, accountable.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability.
  • Experience in B2B marketing (startup experience is a plus).
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills (Portuguese & English).
  • Strong visual skills and expert-level proficiency in Canva.
  • Data-driven decision maker with growth orientation.
  • Curiosity and fluency in AI tools applied to marketing.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and building structure from scratch.
