About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Product Engineer to join our team and help build robust, scalable solutions for the circular economy. You will work on developing and maintaining our core product using modern web technologies and best practices.
Technical Requirements
- Backend Development: Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and API development
- Frontend Development: Proficiency in modern frontend technologies including Turbo, ViewComponents, and React
- Infrastructure: Experience with Docker containerization and modern deployment practices
- Quality & Testing: Strong understanding of testing methodologies and maintaining high code quality
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new features using Ruby on Rails and modern frontend technologies
- Build and maintain reusable components using ViewComponents
- Implement real-time features using Turbo and modern JavaScript practices
- Containerize applications and services using Docker
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure code quality and PRD alignment through testing, delivering ready-to-deploy features
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development
- Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with component-based architecture and ViewComponents
- Knowledge of containerization and Docker workflows
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization
- Experience with test-driven development and continuous integration
